You want to pay attention to this post. It will become quite important for the future of Dynamics 365 Human Resources, and not a very far future. At the moment there are two recruitment experiences we can enable within Dynamics 365 Human Resources. Today we will work with HR Recruitment, you will notice that after enabling this HR experience in the parameters the Recruitment management module will disappear. That is ok.
Enable the feature within Human Resources Parameters
Log into Dynamics 365 Human Resources/Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations.
In the hamburger menu, search for Modules and then for Human Resources. Look for Human Resources Parameters.
Search for Recruitment tile and then choose from the dropdown the HR Recrutment experience.
Request to recruit from Manager Self-service
Managers are able to submit recruiting requests from Manager self-service. As you know, to access MSS users need to go in Employee self-service and then select My team.
Once in the Manager self-service, select Request to recruit.
Complete the fields, and then select Complete.
Recruitment request will display as shown below.
Complete the different sections within the recruiting request. The more information the better, so complete with as much as you can.
After all the information has been entered, Activate the recruiting request.
