I built an AI companion for conference attendees. It's called BRIEF.

Not for organisers. Not for sponsors. For the person standing in the corridor at 9:03am wondering if they chose the right session, and already knowing they can't un-choose it.

Why I built it

I'm part of the programme committee for DynamicsMinds 2026, one of Europe's largest Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform conferences, happening in Portorož, Slovenia this May. I know the session catalogue. I know how rich it is, and I know how hard it is to navigate if you're an attendee trying to build a meaningful three days out of 200 sessions across multiple tracks.

Programme committees spend months curating great content. Speakers spend weeks preparing. And then attendees spend ten minutes scrolling a list and picking based on whatever title sounds vaguely familiar.

That gap bothered me enough to close it. So I built BRIEF.

What BRIEF does

BRIEF is an AI-powered attendee companion. It wraps a conference's session catalogue in two features that help people make better decisions, fast.

How to use it

No login. No app to install.

Live at DynamicsMinds 2026

But this isn't only about DynamicsMinds

The architecture is event-agnostic. Swap the catalogue, configure the context, and the intelligence layer works for any multi-track conference with structured session data. Tech conferences, HR summits, academic events, professional associations, if you have more sessions than any single attendee can process, you have the problem BRIEF solves.

I'm genuinely interested in deploying BRIEF for other events. If you organise a conference and you've ever felt like your content deserved a better discovery experience than a searchable PDF, let's talk.
