D365 HR is about delivering an enjoyable and personalized customer experience. This means that the contact that HR teams have with the platform must be:
Simple
Nice
Familiar
Above all, solve the challenges they face on a daily basis.
We know that it is a simple and simple experience because it solves easily. It provides HR generalists or analysts with everything they need to carry out their tasks satisfactorily, and HR managers or bosses to have an overview of what is happening. For this reason, we also know that it is pleasant towards the end-user, not only towards HR teams but also to the rest of the collaborators who use the solution.
In this post, I am going to dwell on what I have called 'familiar'. With this term, I mean that the solution adapts in user experience to the reality of the client.
One of the options we have to add customization to the solution is the possibility of adding a corporate logo.
In this post, I will tell you how to add a corporate logo or banner in D365 HR.
It is something super simple to execute.
First of all, I chose the image that you want to add to the solution. Remember that the ideal resolution for a banner is 1920 x 281 pixels and for a logo, 350 pixels wide.
Log in to D365 HR, go to Organization Administration, then select Organization and Legal Entities.
Choose the entity to which you want to add the logo or corporate image.
Before trying to upload the image, select edit.
Select expand Dashboard section, and choose 'Change' and add the image you want. From the fropdown you can select: banner, logo, default or none.
Chose to save.
Head to the main page to see how it turned out 😉
